Habits 26.01 Check
The new year comes with updates to habit plans. Call them resolutions, but usually, they’re just an iteration of a previous failure or success. I’m still cleaning these up, but here’s the list:
- Just Water: away with anything but water during meals.
- 52 Core Climb: N Indian squats, N push-ups, plank with N beers on the wall song countdown. Where N is the week of the year.
- Read Past Agitation: read a book or article past the point where your mind begs you to do anything else but this.
- Write Hundred: write 100 words. They don’t have to be published; free writing (below) and journaling do not count.
- Timed Thoughts: free writing for 10-15 minutes on any vague problem, question, or idea. Handwritten if possible.
That’s it. I have a few personal growth and active life ones I’m working on, but these are the ones I’ll be checking in on in 100 days.
