Habits 26.02 Checkmate
I went too specific with my habit attempts. I’m pivoting a bit to rescue the effort. I’m going more high-level with: exercise, health, social, writing, reading, and freedom. I will note down details under each with just enough information to remember. I’m leaving family out for now; otherwise, I’ll fail again.
Tool-wise, I’m deleting a bunch of apps and will track with a template in Day One for now. I’ll probably only keep Empty app, since it helps me start fasting in the afternoon.
