Funny thing happened on a recent work trip: my Starbucks default tall cappuccino with whole milk was particularly delicious twice, 6 days apart in the Panama airport – the San Diego ones in-between? Not so good.
Something similar happened last year in Dominican Republic, there was something about the espresso shot that tied the whole thing in a delicious package.
This made attempt an espresso-like shot with the AeroPress and Prismo attachment, and boy, was I happy with the results. Over the years I’ve leaned more into pour-over style recipes. But I’m going back to stronger shots over the next few days to see.
