Old quick faithful today: 24gr fine to 240ml. Prismo with paper filter. After a minute ~ 8 back/forward stirs and wait 30s to slowly press. Complete with hot water to 300ml and split in two cups. Then 150ml of foamed milk in each.
Similar recipe as yesterday but on the Clever Dripper — as control.
Reaching the point of my handwriting improvement project in which I see all that I’m doing wrong. In theory getting better… in practice, the worst combination between my previous style and the new one.
Testing out the Slow System’s metal dripper. With 22gr Costa Rican dark (medium coarse) and 525ml water. Turned out really soft and sweet.

Just opened an Airtag 4 pack from Target and 2 were missing. Box looked intact, but in hindsight seemed extra hard to open. Probably someone did a fraud return. Not cool.
