Entertain Experiments
Give me an efficient routine, and I’ll make a ritual out of it. I love me some routine.
My swimming bag is a fine-tuned jigsaw of items, from the pocket the underwear goes (learned the hard way), to my flat hair comb and shaving kit. And this modus operandi tends to repeat throughout the 1000 minutes I’m usually awake each day.
But every couple of cycles, I’ll get an idea to improve something, meaning change. Immediately my reptilian brain will try to stop me. Because it’s statistically right. Most of the times the experiment fails. See underwater pocket above.
Dammit. Not only do I love keyboards, but I make myself believe I need side keyboards like the Creator Micro v1. Never mind that I already have a Megalodon Triple Knob Macro Pad, which I hardly use.
Mind the Joy
This little mantra has served me well over the years. It’s a reminder of being mindful of the moment. Present and aware of any little detail to appreciate.
Looking to the past and the future makes worries cast shadows across time. But in most of each of those moments in time, you’re safe and content to be here.
The Force is Better Together
I have an unpublished draft post titled: Am I a Star Wars fan anymore?. It was supposed to be an exploration of my love for Star Wars, when I wasn’t excited about any of the upcoming movies or shows at the time. Since I was the designated Star Wars geek in multiple circles.
Never published it because it’s tone oscillated between drunken rant, and whiny whimpering. I’m glad I didn’t.
uBlock disabled on Arc at some point this week. Still not seeing the new native ad-blocker settings in my version. Going with Ghostery for now.

📺 Paradise was not at all what I expected. In the best of ways. Watched all season 1 in less than a week with Ana. Won’t spoil anything, just give it 2 episodes.
Something, something, separate process discussions with content ones. Need to catch my breath and think/write more about this.

So glad I saved my old iPad mini 6 Moshi iVisor AG Anti-glare Screen Protector. The glass protector I bought with the mini 7 was totally transparent and antiglare, but way too slippery. Great for gaming I’d imagine, but it made writing difficult.
Crappity crap. Dropped by remarkable2 pen and now it “writes” even when tip not touching screen. Luckily have a cheap backup, but without magnets it will last as long as a fart in a hammock.
Pre-ordered Black Pebble Core 2 Duo. Couldn’t help myself. Luckily not convinced with the Core Time 2 looks, if it had looked closer to the Pebble Time 2, I’d had gone with that one.
4 hour incident on website IDP. There goes our 99.99 SLA.
📺 Really enjoyed S01 of The Agency with Ana. Also have the soundtrack in repeat. Didn’t know Emilie Levienaise-Farrouch, lots of Hans Zimmer vibes, but different enough.

iMessage is about to loose probably the only 2 users in Costa Rica. For some reason, my messages to my wife intermittently are not delivery from the iPhone. But works perfectly from Mac/iPad. Guessing is something related to email/phone# order, but for the life of me, can’t figure it out.
Ok, now I just have to give Leader Key a try. Geeky video? mentions Quicksilver? Continuous updates?
