📚 Really enjoyed How Innovation Works: Serendipity, Energy and the Saving of Time by Matt Ridley. Will revisit my notes in a few day, but I nodded almost all the way until it connected some thoughts with Brexit. Which was uncomfortable in a great way.

Today’s AeroPress Coffee recipe for 3 strong black cups:

  • Upright method
  • 3 dark roast scoops (~42gr)
  • Pour ~200ml water at 180°F slowly
  • stir 10s and wait for 30s
  • Quick stir and flip.
  • Press slowly.
  • Add 300ml water and serve.

This makes 3 strong cups of 1/12 ratio.

First non-supermarket coffee of the isolation. Not sure about the grind size yet, need to dial it in a bit. But first taste was good enough.
