Heaven on Mars

According to Day One, 11 years ago, I went to the movie theater with my 8-month-pregnant wife to watch The Martian. The same journal entry notes that I stupidly chose center seats, making her frequent bathroom breaks unnecessarily difficult.

Well, today I watched the same movie again with my 10 year old son after he enjoyed the book. Happily my wife Ana, and 8 year old daughter tagged along. I was a very happy geek.

All this is in preparation for the Project Hail Mary movie, which Robie also read over the holidays, and I’m even more excited to see it in a few months.
